  • 3 spoons linseed oil


Squeeze the grapefruit and lemon juice. Blend garlic and ginger with some water and sieve them to remove all the larger pieces.  Mix the grapefruit and lemon juice with some water and add them in the blender with the caraway, linseed oil, garlic and ginger. Mix them together.



  • 125 g. fresh cabbage
  • 1 lemon
  • 25 g. celery
  • 1 pear
  • ginger root
  • 500 ml water
  • 3-4 leaves fresh mint


Mix all the ingredients in a blender and drink the juice. This juice will help your liver in cleaning the toxins piled up in your body.
