Fitness Model Meets a Powerlifter

The Muscle and Fitness model Rob Riches went to Gold’s Gym – Venice, California, the mecca of bodybuilding, to meet with the guy that has four Mr. Universe titles and over 500 international fitness cover magazines. We are talking about Mike O’Hearn who happens to be also a powerlifter.

The difference between a powerlifter and a bodybuilder ? Like Mike said, the majority of bodybuilders go to the gym looking for the pump, the muscle burn and they are training strictly for physical looks. Powerlifters, on the other hand, are all about the weight they lift. Going for that deeper denser muscle.
