Imagine this situation : you go to the gym, you are preparing for a heavy squat session, but there are not enough 45 lb plates in the gym. You look for the plates, when there in the corner, you see a guy who has loaded the leg press with 3500+ lbs of weight.
He prepares to do some extremely heavy leg presses, but not a single rep is done. I mean, i heard about strength training and heavy weights, but this guy is ridiculous.
