Ronda Rousey is not only a kick-a*s fighter but a revolutionary woman who redefines the social stereotypes that define women. She is an undefeated UFC fighter and former judo wrestler who represented U.S. at the Olympic games. At the same time she looks gorgeous and sexy. Here are a couple things that make Ronda Rousey one badass chick:
1. It runs in the family
Ronda’s mother (Ann Maria Rousey) who at one time was Ronda’s trainer, was the first American citizen to win the World Judo Championship. Since an early age Ronda started wrestling and training with her mother and a few years later, she easily qualified for the Olymipic Games in judo.
2. She is a Warrior
Ronda Rousey is a warrior. She works very hard and believes in giving 100 percent in everything she does, but that’s not so that other people can admire her. Every thing she does, the training, the fights, the talk, is for a reason.
“I have this one term for the kind of woman my mother raised me to not be, and I call it a do nothing b**ch, a DNB. The kind of chick that just tries to be pretty and be taken care of by someone else. That’s why I think it’s hilarious if my body looks masculine or something like that. Listen, just because my body was developed for a purpose other than f**king millionaires doesn’t mean it’s masculine. I think it’s femininely badass as f*** because there’s not a single muscle on my body that isn’t for a purpose, because I’m not a do nothing b**ch.”
3. Incredible Self Confidence
Ronda Rousey made headlines during an interview that allowed her to open up about her physique and why she doesn’t feel like it is masculine at all. In fact, she made it clear that she was proud of it because every muscle in it has its own purpose.
She has made it clear that when you are searching for success, you are not supposed to talk a big game. You need to live a big game. It’s important to know your skills, strengths, and experience, but be humble and quiet. Rather than telling everybody how great you are, work hard. Your actions will tell people who you are.
