When he is not spending his time as an action movie star, The Rock is a hardcore bodybuilder. Muscle and Fitness published his incredible nutrition plan some time ago. The guy eats 7 times a day and a few pounds of food on a daily basis.

Rock trains with IFBB pro bodybuilder George Farah and his diet regime looks like this:

MEAL 1
280 g. cod
2 whole eggs
160 g. oatmeal

MEAL 2
220 g. cod
340 gr. sweet potatoes
140 gr. vegetables

MEAL 3
220 g. chicken
400 g. rice
140 gr. vegetables

MEAL 4
220 g. cod
400 g. rice
140 gr. vegetables
1 tablespoon fish oil

MEAL 5
220 g. schnitzel
340 gr. baked potato
salad of spinach

MEAL 6
280 g. cod
400 g. rice
salad

MEAL 7
30 g. casein protein (cow’s milk)
Omelette from 10 egg whites
140 gr. vegetables (onions, peppers, mushrooms)
1 tablespoon of omega-3 fish oil

Several explanations about Dwayne Johnson’s nutrition and training:

– He does cardio at 4-5 am for an hour and then takes 4 to 6 teaspoons Optimum Amino Energy.
– After cardio he eats breakfast (meal number 1).
– About 90 minutes after breakfast he lifts weights.
– After the exercise he takes 60 grams Optimum Nutrition’s Platinum Hydrowhey with 15 grams of glutamine.
– 30 minutes later he drinks drink 900 ml. Gatorade.
