It seems that the only thing we save money on is when buying water, compared to all the sweetened beverages available in the stores today. In any case, you’ll be spending some real cash each week just to meet the basic macro-nutrient and calorie goals. Clean food is definitely not cheap and you should not be surprised if you find your wallet getting slimmer faster than before.
