Monday: Jason Momoa’s Chest Workout

Flat Bench Press
Incline Bench Press
Incline Dumbbell Press
Plate Push Ups
Dips

Do 3 circuits of the above exercises with 1-2 minutes of rest between circuits:

First circuit – 7 sets of 7 reps, with 7 seconds rest after each exercise
Second circuit 6 sets of 6 reps, with 6 seconds rest after each exercise
Third circuit 5 sets of 5 reps, with 5 seconds rest after each exercise

 

Tuesday: Jason Momoa’s Back Workout

Wide Grip Pull Up
Chin Up
Close Grip Pull Up
Seated Pulley Rows
Barbell Reverse Grip Bent Over Rows

Again, you’re going to do 3 rounds of each exercise with 1-2 minutes of rest between sets.

First circuit – 7 sets of 7 reps, with 7 seconds rest after each exercise
Second circuit 6 sets of 6 reps, with 6 seconds rest after each exercise
Third circuit 5 sets of 5 reps, with 5 seconds rest after each exercise



Wednesday : Jason Momoa’s Leg Day

Body Weight Squat
Stiff-Legged Deadlifts
Rear Squat
Body Weight Jump Squat

You’re going to do 3 circuits of each exercise with 1-2 minutes of rest between sets.

First circuit – 7 sets of 7 reps, with 7 seconds rest after each exercise
Second circuit 6 sets of 6 reps, with 6 seconds rest after each exercise
Third circuit 5 sets of 5 reps, with 5 seconds rest after each exercise

 

Thursday: Jason Momoa’s Core Workout

Medicine Ball Slam
Kettlebell Swings
Burpee
Leap Frogs
40 yard Sprints

3 circuits of each exercise with 1-2 minutes of rest between sets.

First circuit – 7 sets of 7 reps, with 7 seconds rest after each exercise
Second circuit 6 sets of 6 reps, with 6 seconds rest after each exercise
Third circuit 5 sets of 5 reps, with 5 seconds rest after each exercise

Friday : Jason Momoa’s Arms and Shoulders Workout

Barbell Military Press
Body Weight Dips
Diamond Push-ups
Dumbbell Biceps Curls
Dumbbell Triceps Extension
