Blueberry Smoothie for Lowering High Blood Pressure

  • 1 Banana
  • 8 oz of hemp milk
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter

Preparation

Bland all the ingredients in a blender until you get smooth mixture. Taste for thickness. If you find it too thick, add some more milk. Consume the smoothie in the morning.
