One of the most common bodybuilding foods are certainly chicken breasts. However, eating plain chicken breasts and vegetables will definitely get boring and tasteless after a while. This is why we suggest this delicious dish – chicken breasts in yogurt sauce. Read on for the full recipe.
- 450g chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup of Indian nuts, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Start cooking the chicken breasts. You can cook them in a chicken or vegetable soup or water. Boil the breasts until there is no more pink color inside them.
While the chicken breasts are boiling you can make the yogurt sauce. Mix the yogurt with the mustard and add garlic powder to taste. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then add the raisins and Indian nuts.
When the chicken breasts are ready, leave them in the soup for about 5 minutes. This way they will stay juicy and soft.

Chop the chicken breasts and mix them with the sauce. You can serve the meal immediately or leave it for later in the refrigerator.
