The Guy That Needs Only 30 Minutes To Chug Down What “The Rock” Eats In a Whole Day

All of you bodybuilding and fitness addicts have probably heard about Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s epic meal plan while filming “The Hercules”. The Rock will be the first to tell you, what you put into your body is more important then what you do to it.  And who can argue with him, the guy weights more than 260 lbs.
In case you are wondering, here is how his meal plan looks like.

Dwayne Johnson’s Meal Plan

Meal 1

10 oz filet with 4 white eggs, 5 oz oatmeal or cream of wheat, measured dry

Meal 2

8 oz chicken, 2 cups white rice, 2 cup broccoli

Meal 3

8 oz Halibut, 12 oz baked potato, 1 cup broccoli

Meal 4

8 0z chicken, 12 oz baked potato. 1 cup broccoli

Meal 5

8 oz Halibut, 1 1/2 cups white rice, 1 cup asparagus

Meal 6

8 oz filet, 9 oz baked potato with salad

Meal 7

30 grams casein, 10 egg whites, scrambled with onions, peppers and mushrooms

You can just imagine how his cheat meals look like.


Now, take a look at this guy. He looks like he weights 120 lbs soaking wet and with sand in his pockets. And yet he can put The Rock to shame with his eating. In the below video he manages to eat all 7 meals that Dwayne eats in one day – IN ONE SITTING.
