Bodybuilding Legend Lee Labrada Shares His Biceps Workout at 62

Lee Labrada the 62 year old bodybuilding icon has recently posted on Instagram sharing his current biceps workout program earning him a place in the history books as one of the most consistent Men’s Open competitors of all time.

During the late 1980s and early 1990s, Lee Labrada attracted recognition for his outstanding physique in the IFBB Pro League. He established himself as one of the most disciplined athletes in the sport, finishing in the top four, seven years in a row. In 2004, he was inducted into the IFBB Pro League Hall of Fame.

Despite having retired from competitions years ago, Labrada remains interested in bodybuilding. In August of 2021, he posed beside the two-time Arnold Classic champion Terrence Ruffin. He encouraged the Classic Physique competitor to play to his strengths and make the most of each posture and transition.

Despite Labrada being in his sixties looks very fit even too fit for his age. Last August, the 62-year-old displayed his insane quad growth. He then did another session in which he demolished the belt squat machine for reps.

He talked up about his love of weight training and regular exercise a few months ago, which has maintained him in great shape. Labrada also discussed his son Hunter Labrada, who participates in the Men’s Open class. Lee wants Hunter to retire early after winning a Sandow trophy.

Labrada was critical of the judging standards used in modern bodybuilding. He claimed that posing was not appropriately rewarded, resulting in a dearth of good posing among competitors today. He argued that muscular bulk and size were given too much weight over other factors like as symmetry, balance, and proportionality.

Lee Labrada also revealed an effective leg workout routine aimed to relieve strain on the spine. He recommended that the activity would be perfect for older persons or those with back difficulties.
