  • 1/4 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 cups pineapple
  • 2 celery stalks

Preparation:

Peel the lemon and orange. In case you decide to go with fresh ginger and turmeric roots instead of powder, also peel the roots. Clean the pineapple removing the core and cut it into chunks.

Blend all the ingredients well. Try using fresh and organic produces to avoid consuming harsh chemicals, pesticides or heavy metals. If you don’t have a blender, you can process them in a juicer.

However, this will result in throwing away all the dietary fiber. By blending them you can exploit all the nutrients more fully.
