The lack of physical activity and spending most of your time sitting can be the reason for pain in your ankles, legs, knees and back.
This situation becomes even worse as we grow older. A prolonged state of inactivity can have grave effects on your physical strength, weakening your muscle structure. These pains can also come as a result of many other different factors, like: strains, sprains, gout, osteoarthritis, etc.
Chronic back pain can make your everyday life a living hell, and reflect itself on your capability of performing even the simplest tasks. If the pain is persistent and refuse to go away for longer period, the situation can deteriorate to the extent that it becomes practically impossible for you to either stand or sit. - 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons turmeric powder (or 2” turmeric root)
- 1 tablespoon ginger powder (or 1” ginger root)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 cups pineapple
- 2 celery stalks
Peel the lemon and orange. In case you decide to go with fresh ginger and turmeric roots instead of powder, also peel the roots. Clean the pineapple removing the core and cut it into chunks. Blend all the ingredients well. Try using fresh and organic produces to avoid consuming harsh chemicals, pesticides or heavy metals. If you don’t have a blender, you can process them in a juicer. However, this will result in throwing away all the dietary fiber. By blending them you can exploit all the nutrients more fully.
