The lack of physical activity and spending most of your time sitting can be the reason for pain in your ankles, legs, knees and back.

- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons turmeric powder (or 2” turmeric root)
- 1 tablespoon ginger powder (or 1” ginger root)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 cups pineapple
- 2 celery stalks
Peel the lemon and orange. In case you decide to go with fresh ginger and turmeric roots instead of powder, also peel the roots. Clean the pineapple removing the core and cut it into chunks.
Blend all the ingredients well. Try using fresh and organic produces to avoid consuming harsh chemicals, pesticides or heavy metals. If you don’t have a blender, you can process them in a juicer.
