βPeople donβt see the vegetables that I eat, but I usually eat pounds of vegetables with every meal. And people donβt notice because theyβre covered in cheese,β he says in an interview for Menβs Health.

He has chosen this way of eating because itβs very convenient for him. βIβm usually a very busy person. Itβs really the same thing as eating consistently throughout the day.β
βI watch Man vs. Food because I like to watch people eat giant meals, because Iβm like, βHow the heck can you eat so much food?β I do think thereβs something behind that,β he says. βBut to think that people actually care about what Iβm doing β itβs very humbling.β
