I have been diagnosed with scarring /fatty enlarged liver . The Doctor suggested I drink at least three litres of water every day. Stop taking mind altering pain killers(Tramado,codeine based ones as well. Stop eating red meats ,but fish will do with vegetables in season. I read an article that recommended taking Milk whistle to detoxify the liver/ rape seed oil as well .Please comment.
First of all listen to your doctor. Second, you need to take care of your liver by changing your lifestyle. Lower the amounts of food you eat, eat more vegetables and fruits, cut the red meat(like the doctor said), cut alcohol entirely.
Also make sure you are active, not just lifting weights, but try to do cardio 3-4 times a week.
