Bodybuilder Sam Sulek Shares His 2,477-Calorie Full Day of Eating for Weight Loss

Although he has not competed yet, Sam Sulek has built an impressive physique for a 22 year old guy. After gaining a lot of muscle quickly, he became one of the most well-known fitness influencers on social media.

From an early age, Sam was passionate about bodybuilding and fitness. By lifting weights in his backyard as a teenager, he quickly established a reputation as a strong kid.

He eventually took the initiative at the age of eighteen and joined a gym, where a personal trainer assisted him in customizing his exercises and increasing his muscle mass.

And while many people don’t like his diet, Sulek is making steady progress toward a possible bodybuilding career by bulking and losing body fat, with hints that he may move into Classic Physique in the upcoming year.

Lately, Sam has given up junk foods and sweets in favor of a healthier diet. In a recent Youtube video he posted, he took his followers into his kitchen to show them his full day of eating, consuming 2,477 calories, which is a significant cut from his regular 5000 calorie diet.

Sam Sulek’s Full Day Of Eating

Meal 1

Sulek started his day with an unconventional breakfast that successfully got his day going. His first meal, which included a flat two-liter of soda—which he feels is far superior to full-sugar drinks—contained only 550 calories.

– Tuna
– Rice
– Mayonnaise
– 2 liter diet soda

“Meal number one, not exactly a meal at all… just a f*cking two liter of flat diet soda, which frankly, I think it gets way too much fucking hate. I think it would be way crazier for someone to drink even two cans of a regular full-sugar soda.”

That fat-free mayonnaise really did come in clutch because the tuna is not, it doesn’t get treated so nicely. The canned chicken, depending on the brand, you’d have no idea it wasn’t just cooked before,” said Sulek. “Not the most appealing looking bowl of course, but for 550 calories, very filling.” – Says Sam.

Meal 2

In an effort to get more protein, Sulek went to Chipotle to get his lunch and ordered a steak bowl.

– Steak Bowl
– Sugar-Free barbecue sauce
– Lettuce
– Tomatoes
– Strawberry fruit bar

“I kind of finessed my way to getting double double steak so just by eye, I don’t know exactly I didn’t weigh it but I would guestimate it to be around 40ish, 45 grams of protein.”

Meal 3

Full of ground beef, this was Sam Sulek’s largest meal of the day.

– One pound of ground beef
– Forty grams of rice
– Slices of American cheese
– Barbecue sauce without sugar

“A pound of ground beef mixed with 40 grams of rice mixed with a touch of sugar-free barbecue sauce as well as oh yeah, a couple slices of American cheese,” said Sulek. “That full day ended up at 2,477 calories.”

Snack

In order to finish the day, Sulek revealed that he had inadvertently erased a meal that had a few grams of fat and carbohydrates.

– Peanut butter
– Fruit stick

“Not every meal got included, obviously that last one, I accidentally just deleted it. There was also a couple grams of carbs and fats from when I went to the cupboard and took out a little fruit stick, 15 grams of carbs from like dehydrated strawberry apple mush little things like that or when I opened up the fridge and I pulled out not even a full spoon full not even close, I’m talking like a tip of the spoon full of peanut butter.”

At the end of the day here is Sam’s full macronutrient breakdown, along with the calories consumed.

Protein: 258 grams
Carbs: 179 grams
Fats: 81 grams
Calories consumed: 2,477
