The Travis County Court Portal reports that social media personality Brian “Liver King” Johnson was freed from custody following his detention by the Austin Police Department on Tuesday night.
After two days of strange recordings in which he constantly stated that he intended to get into a fight with the podcaster, Johnson was detained on Tuesday for making a terroristic threat.
According to the papers, Johnson was also mandated to undergo a mental health evaluation and mental health monitoring within a week of his release as part of the conditions of his release.
However, right after the release, Johnson continues to post videos and talks about his arrest in one of one of them. He doesn’t mention Rogan by name, but he makes reference to the podcaster’s Comedy Mothership club to make it obvious who he’s referring about.
He uses phrases like “someone whose name rhymes with Rogan” or even “Seth Rogen” in other videos. He goes on to say that “the videos will never stop” and that a fight is in his future.
“Some guy, he thought if you just put him in jail … have the Violent Crimes Division, have them come arrest him for a terroristic threat, and the whole time that terroristic threat you thought was a bomb or something, inside that box, is actually a present back for you and your Mothership colleagues for having my wife and me at the Mothership” – says Johnson

In another video, Johnson displays his ankle monitor and discloses that Rogan obtained a restraining order against him, prohibiting him from approaching the podcaster within 200 yards.
Johnson, who occasionally referred to Rogan by name, said that he had a 9 p.m. curfew and cannot leave “that space,” which is likely his hotel room in Austin, until 6 a.m. the next day. Johnson said, “Rogan vs. Liver King” is still going on.

Until now, Rogan has been silent about the issue and hasn’t spoken up publicly about the incident. However, according to TMZ, Rogan told investigators he didn’t know why Johnson had singled him out and that he had heard the influencer was “significantly unstable and seems like he needs help.”
In the meantime “The Liver King” continues to post videos on his Instagram account where he talks and acts incoherently.
