Mark Wahlberg has a super successful career. He started as a singer, transitioned into acting and has starred in number of planetary popular movies like “The Planet of the Apes”, “Three Kings “, “Pain and Gain” etc…
Mark has always been known for his insane work ethic and his amazing commitment to physical fitness and living an a well-balanced life. He has always maintained a good level of fitness as he was required to be fit for many of his roles.
However, it seems that Wahlberg has recently made some big changes, in regards to his approach. The Hollywood star posted a picture of his ripped physique on Instagram on Thursday.
48-year-old Mark attributes his transformation to 6 months of hard dieting and following a workout routine called “F45 training”.
“Six months of Performance Inspired Nutrition, Aquahydrate, and F45 training!! Clean eating. Inspired to be better, team training / life changing,” Wahlberg said in the caption.
Performance Inspired Nutrition is a health supplement company co-founded by Wahlberg himself, and Aquahydrate is a water brand made with electrolytes and elevated alkaline levels. Other celebs who have turned to the team workout sessions include Teri Hatcher, Mario Lopez and J Balvin.
At 48 years of age, it is hard to believe that Wahlberg can look the way the he does. Nevertheless, he has stuck to a strict routine which has resulted in the changes he presented.
The Boston-born actor revealed last year that he typically wakes up at 2:30 a.m. and hits the gym by 3:30 a.m. He then later goes to the gym for workout No. 2 at 4 p.m. In order to keep up with his demanding workout routine, he eats dinner with his family at 5:30 p.m. and goes to sleep by 7:30 p.m.
