Mark crushes a leg and core workout for his 54th birthday
In a recent Instagram post, Mark posted his lower body workout that he did on his 54th birthday. In the workout he does a number of exercises for his legs, core and back.

Mark’s workouts have changed over the years. While he used to train 5-7 days a week, even doing two daily workouts (Mark Wahlberg’s Diet And Training Program), these days he has restructured the workouts to suit his age and emphasize proper recovery.
Mark continues to show his fans that correct dieting, rest, recovery, and nutrition can help them achieve an amazing body well into their fifties. However, he is not alone. A number of actors still maintain fit and muscular physiques into their 40s and even well into their 50s.
