Sam Sulek Set to Compete at 2025 NPC Legends Classic

Sam Sulek’s intention to formally enter the bodybuilding scene in 2025 has been the subject of much guesswork. Sulek announced his intentions to compete this weekend, February 15, at the 2025 Legends Classic in Las Vegas. This might be a first step toward obtaining his Pro Card and then competing in the 2025 Arnold Amateur, ending the rumors.

With his jacked body and unorthodox eating choices, Sam Sulek made waves in the world of bodybuilding at the young age of 21. And although his eating habits (of eating donuts and drinking a gallon of chocolate milk a day) have changed, his ambition to become one of the world’s best bodybuilders hasn’t changed yet.

So after a whole year of bulking and (currently) cutting he decided to step on stage and see how good he really is.

He said that he will participate this weekend in the 2025 Legends Classic in Las Vegas. Although many believed he was destined for the Men’s Open class due to his remarkable size and width, Sulek plans to prove himself in Classic Physique first.

“No more winter shredathon. No more just dieting down, this that or the other. It’s show week. It’s debut show week.”

If he finishes in the top two, he will have the opportunity to compete in the Arnold Amateur in three weeks. If Sulek moves on to the Arnold, he will be able to win his Pro Card.

“The overarching plan is, this is a qualifier show so once I head home, assuming I actually meet those qualifications, that means I get to do the Arnold Amateur. That’s like three weeks away so let’s focus on what’s right in front of us.”

As he cuts back this winter, Sulek was continuously posting videos of his workouts and eating days. He clarified that although those times are behind him, he has no plans to significantly alter his calorie intake or exercise routine. Sulek will also keep doing at least an hour of cardio every day.

“So, nothing much is going to change yet. Calorie counting is the same as normal, basically just lifting the same as normal. Cardio–definitely the same as normal, actually a touch extra. I’m going to get back on my at least an hour and a half per day.”

Sam Sulek’s diet foods:

  • 5 cans chicken
  • 3 packs top-round boneless steak
  • 5 pounds lean ground beef
  • 2 packs deli turkey
  • 4 containers of eggs
  • 1 pack Kraft cheese slices
  • Low-carb bread
  • Low-carb tortillas
  • Carb-Smart buns
  • Light-fat mayo
  • Sugar-free ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Cold Brew Coffee

We wish Sam luck with his first show this weekend !
